A strategic identity program for people navigating big shifts
The Torchlighter Collective is a 3-month group program for people in transition—career shifts, life pivots, or moments where something’s shifting but you’re not sure what. We take a coach approach with interactive sessions, using tools from brand strategy, communications, and storytelling to help you build a clear identity framework—just like a business would.
If you’ve ever felt unsure about where you're headed or caught telling different versions of your story, this is your space to get grounded. You’ll walk away with language, clarity, and a tangible artifact that helps you speak to who you are and what you’re building next.
What we deliver:

In this 12 week program, we run 6×120 minute bi-weekly video conference calls facilitated by Jen Riley with your cohort of the Torchlighter Collective that guide you through each distinct phase of our program. We start with deep listening and insights gathering. We then move to drafting your personal identity framework. The final phase is coaching on your ability to communicate your identity - verbally and in your personal channels and materials.

Following each session, you receive a series of reflection prompts to enable deeper reflection and insight gathering. This content is how we co-create your outcome and deliver results.

During your time in the collective, you have access to the Torchlighter GPT that enables you to synthesize and find the golden threads as you work through the content. This tool is designed to support you to go deep enough and come out on the other side.

We curate each Torchlighter Collective that is navigating a similar transition moment. The first few cohorts will be designed around key life transitions that hit around quarterlife (student → career) and mid-life (career → career 2.0). Each group will have access in a community platform to connect and white board with one another as you move through this process.

Each member of the collective will get personal edits on their material from founder Jen Riley, and closes their program with a 45 minute guidance call to officially pass the torch.

Whether you leave with a refreshed resume for your early career search, an updated LinkedIn, a personal website or new materials for venture you’ve always wanted to do - everyone will be leaving with a goody bag of materials catered to the goals of each cohort.

Every cohort will integrate a third party identity assessment tool as part of our work, which we will then build on for a list of superpowers and shadows that we can use a guidance for aligning to where we are best in the world.

A key part of this program is learning how to articulate your identity with confidence. Every member of the collective will have the opportunity to work through their own communication skills and hit their own elevator pitch with ease.

The work we complete over 12 weeks culminates in polished document containing all of the root concepts and language you will need to build from here. Like you would in any organization, you have your own key messaging, brand statement and vision statement ready to guide your next phase.
