How we do it

  • The Torchlighter process begins and ends with curiosity and co-creation. We are here to hold up a mirror and dig deep to find the thing beneath the thing that helps to articulate something that was hiding in plain site. A series of 1:1 and group listening exercises with executives and beyond set the stage and outline ‘what we are solving for’. From here - we take a custom approach to use your unique context and shape shift into your own culture to deliver back to you a tight framework you can own.

  • Insights from our listening tour infuse the direction for structured sessions where we outline gaps and opportunities on the stop, start and continue for our identity framework. These small group sessions start to put meat on the bones of your identity articulation.

  • Torchlighter takes it away and puts into words what we have co-created with your organization. We have small team review sessions and socialize it in a series of sessions with your team for it to continue to feel a shared sense of ownership over the outcome.

  • The torchlighter framwork is left behind as a foundational element of your business. Additional options - like town hall moderation and material, brand creative brief for additional agency collaboration, executive communications support and annual communications agenda are available as additional items in our scope of work.
